About GoOutLiving

Our wellness journey started several years ago with my wife being diagnosed with Cervical Cancer. Then a little over a year later I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Together, with the attitude of "GoOutLiving", we have fought through the treatments and side effects by utilizing not only modern medicine but taking a holistic approach to our health and fitness. 

This led us to go back to continue our education. Kristie received her phlebotomy and holistic practitioner certificates. I received a holistic nutrition and personal trainer certificates.  With this education and experience, we wanted to to help others with similar medical conditions. Bringing awareness to health, wellness, fitness and to introduce budget friendly products, tools and options that we have tried or our currently utilizing. 

We know how frustrating it is to constantly research products such as vitamins, supplements, fitness gear as well as looking for alternative medicine ideas, that we wanted to bring all those options we have tried over the years too one website. As we continue through our wellness journey we hope to continue to bring our knowledge to all of you

January 23, 2026 Kristie Brandt lost her battle with cervical cancer. She fought courageously and her story, in which I will continue to tell,  will be an inspiration to all! Kristie showed us what the "attitude"  "GoOutLiving" truly means! "We Love You To The Moon And Back"!
